Family Oil Health is a team of Young Living essential oil enthusiasts and educators. We have fallen in love with this amazing lifestyle company and their toxin-free products. We talk essential oils, supplements, skincare, shampoo, toothpaste, household products, DIY projects, and more! Our mission is to help others find healthy alternatives, reduce the toxins in their bodies and home, and ultimately find their better way!

How our team started:

Two months after I passed my boards, I gave birth to my first son and my whole world changed. My son was sensitive to everything – diapers, wipes, meds, certain foods, and he NEVER slept. I didn’t understand why because I did everything as naturally as possible in my pregnancy and while breastfeeding (so I thought). Somewhere between 16 and 18 months, my baby stopped developing, stopped hitting milestones, and started exhibiting some atypical behaviors. I started researching ways I could support my son’s health. Essential oils came up in my searches. I’ve used oils in the past from different companies and health food stores. I didn’t know then that there is a difference in quality. In March of 2014, I bought my first premium starter kit from Young Living. I learned that oils like frankincense could help with things like cell regeneration, peppermint could help lower a temperature, and thieves could boost his immune system. Young Living has a higher than organic standard. It’s called their Seed to Seal guarantee. They control every part of the oil making process and own all their own farms. While my initial intent was to help my son, the oils were helping my whole family (especially me). I suffered from extreme stress, fatigue, sadness, and sleeplessness. There seemed to be a plant-based resolution for everything! My love affair began and I never looked back. I couldn’t stop talking about these oils to my friends and family. Soon they wanted all these products, and they were sharing them with their friends and family. Today I’m able to help reduce the toxic load of my family and especially for my son who struggles to properly detox harmful chemicals from his system. I’m able to use my background to help research ailments/conditions that people want to try something totally natural for.  Beyond the oils, I’m able to get our supplements, skincare, cleaning supplies, snacks, haircare, toothpaste, and more! I’m so thankful for Young Living. Transparency is the key for me and this company goes above and beyond. I want everyone to know there is a better way to help your family.
